Our Web Design Process for new Dental Websites

When it comes to any of our website builds, we like to ensure we stick to a simple 5 step process to eliminate any issues which may arise along the way.

Consultation

We will first sit down with anyone involved in the new dental website and discuss the requirements needed to build the perfect website, from types of design, integrations needed, and any pain points from the current website if applicable.

Planning and Design

Once the consultation is complete, it gives us a good idea of what the client is looking for. We will then go ahead and start to put together a sitemap of what pages are needed, and then design the new website pages using Figma and any other design tools if needed, we will then propose these to the client to get their feedback.

Development

Once the designs have been confirmed, we will start to develop the website using WordPress. We use this because it is such a versatile platform and allows us to integrate anything we need with ease such as payment systems, contact forms, booking forms and much more.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Once we are happy that all of the pages have been designed and developed onto the website, we will run through every page testing it across mobile, tablet and desktop, along with different browsers to ensure everything is working as it should do.

Hand over

When the site has been tested and any issues have been ironed out, its time to set the site live. We can host the site on our dedicated server, or if you have a hosting already set up, we can migrate the site over to you. Once this has been done and the site migration is successful, we will teach you how to use the site and make any changes if you wish to do so.
