Letâs start something new
I would love to hear about your new project! Please get in touch using the contact form with as much information as possible or by using the details below and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Youâll be speaking to me directly — not an account manager, not a sales team. Iâm Spencer, a freelance web designer based in Brighton, and I answer every enquiry personally.
Not sure what you need yet? Thatâs completely fine — a lot of projects start with a conversation rather than a brief. You can also ask for a free mockup of your homepage or a free audit of your current site, both with no obligation.

Use whichever suits you. The form is usually easiest if youâve got detail to share; the phone is better if youâd rather talk it through.
Whichever you choose, it comes straight to me. Thereâs no queue, no ticket number and nobody else handling it.
Call
Best if youâd rather talk it through than write it down. If Iâm on a call or with a client Iâll ring you back the same day.

I work with clients across Sussex and the UK, and most projects run over calls and email — but if youâre local and would rather meet, just say.
What to expect after you get in touch
No pressure and no sales pitch. Hereâs exactly how it goes from your first message to a fixed quote.
I read it myself
Your message comes straight to me. Iâll usually reply within one working day, and Iâll ask a couple of questions if anything isnât clear.
A proper conversation
A call or a video chat about what youâre trying to achieve, who youâre trying to reach and whatâs not working now. Honest advice, even if that means telling you that you donât need a new website.
A fixed quote
One price, agreed upfront, with whatâs included written down. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices later.
If youâd like to see something before you commit, Iâll put together a free mockup of your homepage — no cost, no obligation.
Get in touchTell me about your project
Whether youâre looking for website advice, planning a new website project, need graphic design support or want to discuss branding services, Iâm here to help. Fill in your details and Iâll be in touch as soon as possible.
A link to your current site and a sentence on what youâre trying to fix is usually all I need to get started.
I reply personally within one working day.

Main Floor, Clarendon Mansions, 80 East St, Brighton, BN1 1NF. Right in the middle of Brighton, a couple of minutes from the seafront.
Before you get in touch
A few things people usually want to know before sending that first message.
Send me a messageHow quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, and usually sooner. Your message comes straight to me rather than into a shared inbox, so thereâs no queue and no ticket system.
Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
Not at all. Plenty of projects start with âour website looks dated and isnât bringing anything inâ. If you can tell me what you do, who youâre trying to reach and whatâs frustrating you about your current site, thatâs more than enough to work from.
Do you only work with businesses in Brighton and Sussex?
No. Iâm based in Brighton, Sussex, but I work with businesses across the UK. Most projects run over calls, email and shared documents, so location has never been a barrier. If you are local and would rather meet in person, thatâs easy to arrange.
How much does a website cost?
Most websites start from around £800, depending on the number of pages, features and complexity. Larger sites with ecommerce or custom functionality cost more. Every project gets a fixed quote upfront — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. You can see more detail on the web design page.
Can I see what it would look like before committing?
Yes. I offer a free mockup of your homepage before you commit to anything, so you can see the direction first. If youâd rather understand whatâs wrong with your current site, thereâs also a free website audit.
Will you look after the site after it launches?
If youâd like me to. Hosting starts from £10 a month and WordPress care plans from £30 a month, covering updates, backups, security and support. Neither is compulsory — you own the website either way and can take it elsewhere.
Am I dealing with you directly?
Yes. Iâm a freelance web designer, not an agency — so the person you brief is the person who builds it. You can read a bit more about me if youâd like to know who youâd be working with.
Industries I work with
Whether youâre a startup, small business or multinational company, I build websites for businesses of all sizes across Sussex.
