Greener Solar Solutions design and install solar PV, battery storage and EV chargers across Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent, using their own MCS-certified, NICEIC-approved team. The new site had to launch a focused solar brand and win local search across four counties from day one.

A focused solar brand, launched to win local search
A Greener Alternative already covers everything from heat pumps to biomass. They created Greener Solar Solutions to give homeowners a specialist service for solar, battery storage and EV charging, and it needed a website of its own.
The site had to feel established from launch, carry the credentials of the parent company, and reach homeowners searching for solar in towns right across Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent, not just in Shoreham where the team is based.
The build
A 56-page site built to be found across four counties
Clear service pages for buyers who are ready, detailed guides for those still researching, and a page for every area the team covers.
Every service, explained properly
Solar PV, battery storage and EV chargers each have a full page with sizing tables, typical costs and FAQs, backed by maintenance, repair and cleaning pages and a commercial section for businesses, schools, warehouses and farms.
A page for every area
39 location pages cover the counties and the towns within them, from Brighton, Worthing and Chichester to Guildford, Reigate and Hastings. Each is organised under its county, so the site builds local relevance area by area rather than relying on one “areas we cover” list.
Answers for researchers
24 plain-English guides answer the questions homeowners search before they buy: the 0% VAT rules, 2026 costs, Sussex grants, the Smart Export Guarantee, listed buildings and what happens on installation day.
MCS, NICEIC, NAPIT and TrustMark sit on every page, alongside real case studies, the actual team and Google reviews from A Greener Alternative’s customers.
